Overview
DeviceNet has gone wireless! Escape the limitations of hard wired systems
using Matric's Wireless CAN Bridge. The Wireless CAN Bridge is ideal for any
distributed application where wiring is easily damaged, or where freedom of
motion is critical.

The Wireless CAN Bridge functions as a wireless modem that transfers CAN
messages. Using the Wireless CAN Bridge, a single DeviceNet scanner can
control nodes on either side of a wireless link with up to 200 feet of
separation. A full 64 node DeviceNet can be implemented depending on scan
rates and frame density. Since actual CAN messages are transferred, the
Wireless CAN Bridge supports any type of CAN bus standard including CAN Open, CAN Kingdom and J1939.
Matric wireless control systems are designed to operate reliably in harsh
industrial environments. Careful choice of materials and a quality design
process has made Matric products the top choice for industrial process
control for more than 20 years.

The above drawing is a typical configuration for using a single pair of Wireless CAN Bridges. But, it's not limited to just one pair. See the drawings below for additional network configurations using multiple pairs.
