Matric has been providing Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assemblies since the late 1980's. Over the years, Matric has invested in state-of-the-art machinery to improve the speed, accuracy and reliabilty of SMT products. The newest fully automatic SMT system was added in early 2007.
The newer SMT systems join an already well-established automatic SMT system that has been operational since September, 2000. All three SMT lines are lead-free process ready for RoHS compliant products.

Matric has a fleet of semi-automatic pick-n-place assembly machines for Through-Hole Technology (THT) products. The wavesolder machine has a dedicated pot for lead-free solder.

 Functional Test Outsourcing
Matric
provides full functional testing upon customer request. Our team of
manufacturing engineers and technicians will work closely with customer
personnel to transfer knowledge and custom equipment to Matric's facility.
Our customers continue uninterrupted operations during the change over so
the transition is transparent to end users. In-house functional testing is
another value added service that can make your operation more profitable.
